OONAGH DUNCAN is a multi-award-winning trainer with 17 years of distinction in the fitness industry. She has worked as an Associate Fitness Editor for Chatelaine magazine, a contributing writer for Fitness magazine, and a regular guest on CBC's The Goods and The Steven and Chris Show. She has been a keynote speaker at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Diva Girl Conference, and The Canadian Department of Citizenship and Immigration. Currently, Oonagh helps hundreds of people change their bodies through her Toronto bootcamp company and her groundbreaking online program, The 28-Day Transformation Challenge.
